AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

VisualVibes currently only ships Australia wide. VisualVibes uses AUS post for all their shipments.


ORDER PROCESSING

Standard: 2-3 days processing time

Express: Orders placed before 4pm will be processed that day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

VisualVibes offers standard shipping or express shipping. Please see details below.

Standard: Your product will be printed and shipped within 4-5 business days.

Express: Your product will jump the queue for printing and will be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

VisualVibes does not accept returns or change of minds. As these are personalised products we are unable to re-sell these items. We hope you understand.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged please take photos and send them directly to us. We will issue a re-print and deliver the new item free of charge.

These items can not be replaced if you personally damaged the product.

You have 3 business days to issue a replacement once your order has been delivered. If you do not issue a re-print before this time frame, you will not be allegeable for a re-print.

PERSONALISED DESIGNS

All personalised designs are created to meet your individual vision. We do not accept change of minds/refunds once the order has been processed. (unless the item arrives damaged). As these are personalised items we are unable to re-sell them. We hope you understand.

YOUR PRIVACY

We respect and ensure your privacy is top priority. We would never upload any pictures of your designs without obtaining permission. If you feel your privacy has not been met, please message us directly. We would love to continue showcasing all the amazing designs created so would appreciate your involvement and approval, but understand if you kindly decline.

DESIGNS CREATED

Any drafts created in the process of your personalised design may be used for ongoing sale. As your privacy is very important to us, your name/names will not be used on the design once uploaded onto our website for re-sale.
